Now, we’re looking for a Production Manager to bring creative leadership, organization, and fresh energy to our audio and video team. What You’ll Do
🎧 Audio & Video Production
- Run point on everything from radio shows to podcast episodes and YouTube content.
- Oversee production workflows, keeping everything polished, on-brand, and on schedule.
- Manage editors to keep our content sounding (and looking) pro.
📣 Content Strategy & Promotion
- Write engaging descriptions, tags, and headlines that make folks click “play.”
- Drive promotional content across podcast platforms, social media, radio, and YouTube.
- Keep us legal and on-brand by ensuring content meets all compliance standards.
🧠 Team Leadership
- Lead weekly production meetings (yes, with snacks).
- Coordinate across creative, marketing, and sales teams to hit deadlines and exceed goals.
- Maintain production calendars and workflows that keep us all sane.
📊 Performance & Growth
- Track what’s working with our shows and videos and double down on it.
- Develop new revenue streams like branded podcasts or premium content.
- Support advertiser goals with polished, professional content fast.
🎛️ Tech & Quality Control
- Keep our production library organized and up-to-date.
- Monitor audio levels and video quality like a hawk.
- Stay ahead of trends and tools in content creation.
Who You Are
- 3+ years experience in radio, podcasting, or studio production.
- Skilled in Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, and publishing tools like Omny, Libsyn, or Megaphone.
- Detail-driven but creative and not afraid to lead.
- A great communicator who can juggle priorities and deadlines.
- You love media, tech, and the art of storytelling.
Bonus Points For
- Video editing chops (Premiere Pro, Final Cut).
- Familiarity with radio automation systems like Westwood One.
- Experience with social media scheduling and podcast SEO.
