NEO showed off tendon-driven hands with 25 degrees of freedom, delicately unzipping zippers, picking individual grapes off a stem and assembling LEGO like a very patient kid avoiding the instruction manual. 

Think of it as placing a forklift in the hands of a watchmaker. The whole humanoid robot race comes down to fingertips. I saw a robot charging itself once. Re-volting.
