OFFICIAL RULES & TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Who Is Eligible: To be eligible to win any Prize in the Komando Christmas Cash Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), Entrant must be a natural person who is a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and at least 18 years of age. If Entrant is a minor, as defined by the jurisdiction of Entrant’s primary residence, Entrant’s parent or legal guardian must grant permission for Entrant to participate in the Giveaway. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Product purchases, acceptance of product offers, or other interactions with WestStar MultiMedia Entertainment (WME) will not increase Entrant’s chance of winning. See below for more details regarding eligibility restrictions. The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Komando Christmas Cash Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by WestStar Multimedia Entertainment, Inc. (“WME”), 6135 North 7th Street, Phoenix, Arizona 84014. Amazon.com, Inc. is not a sponsor of this Giveaway and does not endorse or administer it.

2. Who Is Not Eligible: Executives, officers, and employees of WME or of radio stations carrying The Kim Komando Show, Daily Tech Update, Digital Life Hack and other vendors or independent contractors of WME, persons working on the Giveaway at any level in any capacity or working for WME or any outside companies or agencies involved in the Giveaway, previous winners, and immediate family members of anyone who falls into any of the foregoing categories are not eligible. Immediate family is defined as spouse, children, and parents.

3a. How to Enter – Method 1 (On-Air Entry): No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase chances of winning. Entrants may enter the Giveaway by submitting a question through the Ask Kim form located at https://www.komando.com/contact-us/askkim/ during the Entry Period. Questions submitted through the form will be reviewed by WestStar Multimedia Entertainment (“WME”) staff, who at their sole discretion will select certain Entrants to participate as on-air callers on The Kim Komando Show. Only on-air callers are eligible to win. Submission of a question does not guarantee selection as a caller. Selected entrants will be contacted by WME staff to schedule an appearance on the show. Being selected to appear on-air does not constitute winning; prizes are awarded only in accordance with these Official Rules. If a selected entrant fails to appear or participate at the scheduled time for any reason whatsoever, whether it is the fault of WME or the entrants, the entrant will forfeit eligibility to receive any prize associated with the Giveaway. In such cases, WME may, but is not required to, select an alternate entrant from the remaining eligible entries or choose not to award the forfeited prize. All decisions regarding selection, scheduling, and eligibility are made at the sole discretion of WME and are final and binding in all respects. Entrants must meet all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules to qualify.

3b. How to Enter – Method 2 (Newsletter Entry): No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase chances of winning. During the Komando Christmas Cash Giveaway Entry Period, one (1) subscriber to the free WestStar Multimedia Entertainment (“WME”) newsletter titled The Current will be randomly selected each day as a potential prize winner. A notice will appear at the bottom of that day’s edition of The Current indicating that the subscriber has won. To claim the prize, the selected subscriber must follow the instructions provided in the notice and claim the prize within thirty (30) days of the date of selection. Failure to claim the prize within thirty (30) days will result in forfeiture of the prize, and WME reserves the right to select an alternate winner or not award the prize at its discretion. Entrants must meet all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules to qualify. If, for any reason, a selected entrant is determined to be ineligible, declines to accept the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the entrant will forfeit eligibility to receive any prize associated with the Giveaway. Entrants must meet all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules to qualify.

3c. How to Enter – Method 3 (Referral Giveaway): No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase chances of winning. All active subscribers to The Current newsletter are automatically entered into the Komando Christmas Cash Giveaway Referral Giveaway. To earn additional entries, subscribers may refer new individuals to subscribe to The Current using the unique referral link provided in the newsletter or through the designated referral platform administered by WestStar Multimedia Entertainment (“WME”). Each new subscriber who signs up through the entrant’s referral link and meets the requirements of a Qualified Referral (as defined below) will count as one (1) additional entry for the referring subscriber. A Qualified Referral must meet all of the following conditions: 1. The referred person must provide a valid and unique email address not previously subscribed to The Current newsletter. 2. The referred person must remain subscribed and open at least five (5) editions of The Current newsletter during the Referral Entry Period (November 22, 2025 through December 15, 2025).

Invalid, duplicate, or fraudulent referrals, as determined solely by WME, will not be counted. Any attempt to generate referrals using automated systems, temporary or fake email addresses, or other deceptive methods will result in disqualification of the entrant and all associated entries. Limit one (1) automatic entry per existing subscriber, plus up to one hundred (100) additional entries per Qualified Referral. Entrants must meet all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules to qualify.

4. Entry Period: The Komando Christmas Cash Giveaway (“Giveaway”) consists of three (3) methods of entry, each with its own entry period as described below. All entries must be received during the applicable Entry Period to be eligible. Entries submitted before or after the applicable Entry Period will be disqualified. All times referenced are United States Mountain Standard Time (MST) unless otherwise noted.

i. Method 1 – On-Air Entry Period: Entries for Method 1 will be accepted beginning 12:00 AM MST on November 17, 2025, through 11:59 PM MST on December 11, 2025 (“On-Air Entry Period”). Entrants must submit their questions through the Ask Kim form at https://www.komando.com/contact-us/askkim/ within this timeframe to be eligible for selection as a caller on The Kim Komando Show.

ii. Method 2 – Newsletter Entry Period: Entries for Method 2 will be accepted beginning 12:00 AM MST on November 22, 2025, through 11:59 PM MST on December 15, 2025 (“Newsletter Entry Period”). During this period, one subscriber to The Current newsletter will be randomly selected each day as described in Section 3, How to Enter – Method 2. Individuals may subscribe to The Current newsletter for free at www.GetKim.com to be eligible for this method of entry.

iii. Method 3 – Referral Entry Period: Entries for Method 3 will be accepted beginning 12:00 AM MST on November 22, 2025, through 11:59 PM MST on December 15, 2025 (“Referral Entry Period”). During this period, all active subscribers to The Current newsletter will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Komando Christmas Cash Giveaway Referral Giveaway. Subscribers may earn additional entries by referring new subscribers to The Current through their unique referral link as described in Section 3, How to Enter – Method 3. Each valid referral meeting the Qualified Referral criteria will count as one (1) additional entry for the referring subscriber.

5. Prize Description – Each prize is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and may not be substituted, except at the sole discretion of WME, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

i. Method 1 (On-Air Giveaway)

A total of forty-eight (48) prizes will be awarded through the Komando Christmas Cash Giveaway on-air entry method. Prizes consist of Amazon.com Gift Cards in the following denominations and quantities:

Thirty (30) prizes of $100 Amazon Gift Cards (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: $100 each; total ARV: $3,000)
Fourteen (14) prizes of $200 Amazon Gift Cards (ARV: $200 each; total ARV: $2,800)
Four (4) prizes of $500 Amazon Gift Cards (ARV: $500 each; total ARV: $2,000)

Total Approximate Retail Value for Method 1 prizes: $7,800.

Each show airing between November 20, 2025, and December 15, 2025 will feature up to twelve (12) total winners selected from eligible callers as follows:

Eight (8) winners of $100 gift cards
Three (3) winners of $200 gift cards
One (1) winner of a $500 gift card

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash. WestStar Multimedia Entertainment (“WME”) reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Amazon.com Gift Cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer.

A total of twenty-four (24) prizes will be awarded through the Komando Christmas Cash Giveaway newsletter entry method. Prizes consist of Amazon.com Gift Cards in the following denominations and quantities:

Fifteen (15) prizes of $100 Amazon Gift Cards (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: $100 each; total ARV: $1,500)
Seven (7) prizes of $200 Amazon Gift Cards (ARV: $200 each; total ARV: $1,400)
Two (2) prizes of $500 Amazon Gift Cards (ARV: $500 each; total ARV: $1,000)

Total Approximate Retail Value for Method 2 prizes: $3,900.

During the Newsletter Entry Period (November 22, 2025, through December 15, 2025), one (1) subscriber to The Current newsletter will be randomly selected each day as a potential prize winner. Only the selected winner will receive a notice at the bottom of that day’s edition of The Current identifying them as the winner and providing instructions to claim the prize. The selected winner must claim the prize within thirty (30) days of the date of the notice. Failure to claim the prize within the specified time period will result in forfeiture, and WestStar Multimedia Entertainment (“WME”) reserves the right to select an alternate winner or not award the prize at its discretion.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and may not be substituted, except at the sole discretion of WME, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable. Amazon.com Gift Cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. Odds of winning each Prize will depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

iii. Prize Description – Method 3 (Referral Giveaway)

One (1) grand prize will be awarded through the Komando Christmas Cash Giveaway referral entry method. The prize consists of one (1) $1,000 Amazon.com Gift Card (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: $1,000).

During the Referral Entry Period (November 22, 2025, through December 15, 2025), all active subscribers to The Current newsletter will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Referral Giveaway. Subscribers may earn additional entries by referring new individuals to subscribe to The Current newsletter through their unique referral link as described in Section 3, How to Enter – Method 3. Each Qualified Referral meeting the criteria set forth in these Official Rules will count as one (1) additional entry for the referring subscriber.

At the conclusion of the Referral Entry Period, one (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received, including both automatic and referral-based entries. The selected winner will be notified by email using the contact information associated with their The Current subscription. The winner must claim the prize within thirty (30) days of notification. Failure to claim the prize within the specified time period will result in forfeiture, and WestStar Multimedia Entertainment (“WME”) reserves the right to select an alternate winner or not award the prize at its discretion.

The prize is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and may not be substituted, except at the sole discretion of WME, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The Amazon.com Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. Odds of winning the Method 3 prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received, including automatic and referral-based entries.

6. Selection of Winner(s): At the conclusion of each applicable Entry Period, WestStar Multimedia Entertainment (“WME”) will conduct random drawings from among all eligible entries received for each entry method, as described below.

i. Method 1 – On-Air Giveaway:
Prior to each broadcast segment, potential winners will be selected from among all eligible on-air callers scheduled during that show. Each show may include multiple prize levels as set forth in Section 5, Prize Description – Method 1. Selection and verification of on-air winners will be conducted by WME staff. Failure of a scheduled caller to appear on-air at the designated time will result in forfeiture of the prize, and WME may, but is not required to, select an alternate potential winner.

ii. Method 2 – Newsletter Giveaway:
At the conclusion of each day during the Newsletter Entry Period, WME will randomly select one (1) entry from all eligible subscribers to The Current newsletter as described in Section 5, Prize Description – Method 2. Only the selected potential winner will receive a notice at the bottom of that day’s newsletter indicating they have been selected. If the potential winner fails to claim the prize within thirty (30) days of the date of notification, the prize will be forfeited and WME may, but is not required to, select an alternate potential winner or choose not to award the prize.

iii. Method 3 – Referral Giveaway:
At the conclusion of the Referral Entry Period, WME will randomly draw one (1) entry from all eligible entries received through both automatic and referral-based entries as described in Section 5, Prize Description – Method 3. The entrant whose name appears on the first entry randomly drawn from the eligible entries will be deemed the “Potential Winner” of the Referral Grand Prize. If the potential winner is disqualified, does not claim the prize, or if the prize is forfeited, WME may, but is not required to, draw an alternate potential winner.

All random drawings will be conducted as soon as practicable after the close of each applicable Entry Period. The decisions of WME and the judging officials regarding the administration of the Giveaway and the selection of winners are final and binding in all respects.

The decisions of the judges are final and binding. The winner will be selected on or around December 22, 2025.

7. Notification of Potential Winner(s)

Unless otherwise stated herein or prohibited by law, a WestStar Multimedia Entertainment (“WME”) team member will contact each Potential Winner by telephone or email using the contact information provided at the time of entry. If the Potential Winner fails to answer any prize-notification call, is unavailable, disqualified, or otherwise determined to be ineligible; declines to accept the prize for any reason; if a prize notification is returned as undeliverable; or if the Potential Winner fails to comply with the Winner’s Obligations listed below, the Potential Winner forfeits the prize. At WME’s sole discretion, it may—but is not required to—select an alternate Potential Winner from the remaining eligible entries received.

WME may, at its discretion, announce the name of a confirmed Winner on The Kim Komando Show. Unless prohibited by law, WME also may require the Potential Winner to be available by telephone or in person on The Kim Komando Show as part of the announcement of the Winner’s name. All decisions of WME regarding prize notification, verification, and award are final and binding in all respects.

8. Winner’s Obligations: Each Potential Winner must execute and return to WestStar Multimedia Entertainment (“WME”) an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and any applicable IRS forms required by law prior to receiving a prize. If a Potential Winner is under the legal age of majority in his or her jurisdiction, that individual must also provide a written parental or legal guardian consent and release before receipt, payment, and/or distribution of the prize.

The Potential Winner must satisfy all required documentation and verification obligations within seven (7) business days of being notified by WME of their selection as a Potential Winner. In addition, each Potential Winner may be required to be available for on-air or recorded participation as described in Section 9 above.

Failure or refusal to complete, sign, and return all required documentation within the specified timeframe, or failure to comply with these Official Rules in any way, will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. In such cases, WME may, but is not required to, select an alternate Potential Winner from the remaining eligible entries.

9. Incomplete or Multiple Entries: Multiple automated entries, entries submitted by others on Entrant’s behalf, or entries submitted by Entrant using different identities or addresses will be considered fraudulent, rendering Entrant ineligible for the Prize. Incomplete entries will not be eligible to win.

10. Cumulative Prize: The total cumulative value of all prizes available in The Kim Komando Show Christmas Cash Giveaway is Twelve Thousand Seven Hundred and 00/100ths U.S. Dollars ($12,700.00).

11. Entries Not Received: WME is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or for any computer, online, telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur. All entries become WME’s property and will not be returned. Neither product purchases nor email or mobile opt-ins will increase Entrant’s chances of winning.

12. Taxes: All taxes, including but not limited to federal, state, municipal, and local taxes and all other expenses not specified herein, are Winner’s sole responsibility. WME is not responsible for any tax implications of the acceptance of the Prize and makes no representations regarding the tax implications of accepting the Prize. Pursuant to IRS Circular 230, neither these Rules nor any other communication regarding the Giveaway is for the purpose of helping an Entrant or Winner avoid any penalties that may be imposed by federal tax law, and no affected taxpayer may use the Giveaway or its Rules in that manner. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the acceptance or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the retail value of the prize received.

13. Entrant’s Agreement: By entering the Giveaway, Entrant agrees to abide by the terms of these official Rules and by the decisions WME makes regarding the Giveaway, which decisions are final and binding on all matters. Any person refusing to agree with these terms shall not enter the Giveaway and is ineligible to win. Also, by entering the Giveaway, an Entrant who becomes the Winner of the Prize grants WME the right to use and publish his or her name, likeness, and city and state of residence without WME being obligated to pay or give Entrant any compensation for such use and publication, which may be made online, in print, via email, and via any other media in connection with the Giveaway, but not as an endorsement of any business or service.

14. Announcing Winner(s): Winners will be announced on or before January 16, 2026.

15. Entrant’s Release: Entrant agrees that (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Giveaway or any Prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and shall be resolved exclusively in accord with the provisions set forth in paragraph 17 below, (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering, but in no event attorney’s fees, and (c) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages increased or multiplied. SOME JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO PORTIONS OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY. All issues or questions concerning validity, construction, interpretation, or enforceability of these Rules, Entrant’s rights or obligations, or the rights or obligations of WME, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to any choice of law Rules.

16. Termination of Giveaway: WME reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify anyone who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process of the operation of the Giveaway. In addition, WME reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Giveaway if the Giveaway is compromised or otherwise impaired in any way, including typographical or administrative error, or if anything required for conducting the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, including but not limited to Acts of God, pandemics, epidemics, weather, fire, strike, acts of war or terrorism, government restriction, or any other condition beyond their control, which may corrupt or affect its administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct or play, In any of the foregoing circumstances, WME may terminate the Giveaway at any time before, during, or after the Entry Period, at its sole discretion. In the event of cancellation, termination, or suspension, WME will post a notice on https://www.komando.com. At its sole discretion, WME also may choose to select the Potential Winner(s) from among all eligible Entries received per Entry Period prior to termination.

17. Jurisdiction and Venue: The Giveaway shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Arizona, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of laws rules, whether of the state of Arizona or any other jurisdiction, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of Arizona. Void wherever prohibited for any reason. All disputes resulting in legal action shall be resolved in the appropriate court in Maricopa County, Arizona. Should WME find it necessary to seek legal assistance to enforce its rights, its damages, if any, shall include its reasonable legal expenses and fees, including reasonable attorney fees.

18. Limitations on Liability: By entering, Entrant agrees that WME and its subsidiaries and affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever, and Entrants shall release and hold Released Parties harmless for any injuries, claims, losses, or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of any Prize or participation in this Giveaway or participation in any Giveaway-related activity, or Entrant’s failure to comply with the Official Rules. The Released Parties shall not be liable to any Winner, Potential Winner, or any other person for failure to supply any Prize(s) or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s), or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s), or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, epidemic, pandemic, or any other cause beyond the Released Parties’ control. The Released Parties are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, damaged, incomplete, misdirected, or stolen entries or for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Giveaway, including but not limited to errors in advertising, Official Rules, selection and announcement of the Winners, distribution of Prizes, or for lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website or other connections, availability or accessibility, or for miscommunications, failed computer, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, corrupted, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, or for any other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, technical, or network, or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture any such information, or for any misdirection or delay of any e-mail to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, WME’s website, WME’s application, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading or uploading any materials in connection with the Giveaway, or for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway, or for any personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of receipt or use or misuse of any Prize produced and/or manufactured by a Prize.

19. Winners List: To learn who won, send your request, enclosing a self-addressed, stamped envelope to WestStar MultiMedia Entertainment, Attn. Komando Christmas Cash Giveaway, 6135 North 7th Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85014. Requests must be received by January 31, 2026.

20. Alternate Method of Entry: Entrant may enter Giveaway by providing Entrant’s first and last name, phone number, and a statement affirming Entrant’s desire to be entered into the Giveaway to the following address: Giveaway@komando.com to be entered into the Giveaway, Entrant must insert Komando Christmas Cash Giveaway in the email subject line. Limit (1) entry per person per day regardless of entry method used.

21. Privacy: Any personal information submitted in the Giveaway is for the purpose of administering the Giveaway. No personally identifiable information collected will be resold or otherwise shared with third parties for marketing or sales purposes. For more information on WME’s privacy policy and security practices applicable to the Giveaway, please see the privacy policy found at https://www.komando.com.

22. Rights Claimed: All rights to this Giveaway, WME’s trademarks and trade names are owned by WME and its affiliates, and are reserved.
