The scary science behind deepfakes

Deepfake videos are going mainstream. These AI-manipulated videos make it appear as if someone is saying or doing something they aren’t, and the tools are becoming more widely available. Kim talks to an expert in deepfake technology, Henry Ajder, head of communications and research analysis at Deeptrace. The company uses manual searching, web scraping tools and data analysis to detect deepfakes.
