Bob called into my show with some concerns about his new Amazon Echo, namely in regards to privacy and security. Smart assistant enabled speakers like Amazon’s Echo, and Echo Dot can be extremely helpful in our everyday lives. However, there are some privacy concerns that you need to be aware of before bringing them into your home. The good news for Bob, and everyone else who owns a smart assistant device, is there are several ways to make things more secure.
