Currently, Colombia is dealing with a huge wave of refugees coming from Venezuela. For some countries, taking on large numbers of refugees takes a toll on the host country, and many go so far as to close their borders. However, Colombia hasn’t turned away these refugees, but their shared history may mean there’s a limit to how many the will accept.
