Who doesn’t love waterparks? As fun as swimming, splashing and waterslides are, not everyone has the ability to join in on the fun — especially if the slides or pools are high up. This waterpark in Hawaii offers a unique form of accessibility: a water-based elevator that can move an entire group of people to a higher floor. It was initially designed for the original park owner’s son, who couldn’t reach the top of the slides with his disability. Now, people from around the world can enjoy the water elevator. Would you go for a ride?
