After WWII, the world was quickly caught up in the divide between the East and West. The Cold War was in full swing and the Iron Curtain covered half the world. This darkness hindered the free flow of information, and only now are we able to understand all of the amazing inventions created in the USSR at the time. Imagine a gargantuan plane that can hover just above the water. This thing was pretty crazy, with an even crazier name.
