Water-spitting fish identifies human face

The archerfish hunts its prey in a unique way. Instead of looking to the water for food, it can actually spit water above the surface. The fish uses this cool ability to knock down insects from nearby foliage. In order to get food though, they have to have good aim and know what an insect looks like. Scientists were able to take advantage of this phenomenon to see if an archerfish could recognize a human face.
