Norilsk, Russia is well below freezing for the majority of each year, but people still come to reside in the chilling town. The land has rich deposits of nickel, copper and palladium, providing mining jobs. So, all the people have to worry about is the awful pollution, and handling frigid temperatures below 58 degrees Fahrenheit.
