He is risen! Well, in this case, we’re talking about bread. In the town of San Biagio, Italy, a festive Easter tradition is a major opportunity for local bakers and craftspeople. Each year, the town erects a full size cathedral made of nothing but baked goods. The impressive bread church takes 3 months to construct, but the results are a marvel to behold.
