Cookbooks have shaped cuisine around the world for as long as people have been able to write. More recent cookbooks like The Joy of Cooking are staples on many shelves, and have helped fill the bellies of families across the world. What you might not know, however, is that one of the world’s oldest cookbooks is still feeding fine-diners in Korea after 15 generations. The Eumsik Dimibang is filled with pages of delicious Korean recipes, and the author’s surviving family continues to swear by these dishes to serve customers today!
