If you’re a girl born in Nigeria, you probably weren’t encouraged to pursue a career in STEM. However, times are changing and more and more Nigerian girls are learning math, sciences and even technology skills like coding. One woman has started a program called “Girls Coding,” and it focuses on teaching girls from disadvantaged backgrounds to program.
