Our brains are not programmed to picture overly-large images. I mean, you can imagine what 20 marbles looks like but you can’t accurately picture a million. Well, we have the same problem when it comes to time. It’s hard for us to fathom what a million or even a billion years is like. But one scientist tries to explain in a way we can all understand.
