Sometimes, bikers don’t finish a race because they don’t have the endurance. These bikers couldn’t finish because Mother Nature was just too strong. This is the third time that The Cape Town Cycle Tour, an annual 68-mile race in South Africa, was cancelled due to extreme weather conditions.
