Repairing the mother of all computers is a lesson in engineering

With over a hundred pieces of museum-worthy antique technology, Marc Verdiell is obsessed with computers. But instead of going out and getting the newest gadget, his new project is repairing one of the largest and clunkiest computers out there. He has to go to the roots of computer engineering to fix this computer, which was the first computer built with an operating system that supported a graphical user interface.
