Port tongs are making a comeback

There’s an old trick to opening a wine bottle that originated in Portugal. When there was a very old bottle of wine the cork would often crack, so this method removed the entire neck of the bottle, leaving the cork in tact. You have to use a little fire and a lot of force, but it’s really neat to see this old trick making a comeback. Check it out now!
