Pipe apartments in Hong Kong

If you think living space is hard to find in New York (and expensive too), it isn’t even close to the livelihoods of many citizens in Hong Kong. Because there are so many people, and not much space, the average citizen has 150 feet of apartment space. To combat this problem, an architect is turning concrete pipes into temporary apartments.
