It’s something you’ve seen on TV shows and in movies when someone is incapacitated. They are on their back and immediately someone starts performing CPR. While it has been proven that mouth-to-mouth resuscitation isn’t that effective, using only your hands to perform CPR could actually save someone’s life, if done correctly.
