If you ever traveled to the Marshall Islands, you might be surprised to see a huge concrete dome on the Enewetak Atoll. What’s strange about this dome is that there are thousands of cubic meters of radioactive waste beneath it. It’s there from over a decade of U.S. nuclear tests in the Pacific, and now it’s leaking.
