Phone scams have been on the rise recently. Thieves target pretty much anyone looking for new victims, especially those who are older and not so tech-savvy. Some victims lose huge money, sometimes to the tune of thousands of dollars. Well, one man has had enough and set out to try and catch these scammers in the act.
