97-year-old U.S. paratrooper veteran jumps in D-Day rerun

The anniversary of D-Day marks our remembrance of the Allied invasion of France against the Nazis during World War II. That day, hundreds of brave young men gave their lives in the fight against tyranny. Those who came home have been honored as heroes, their achievements permanently carved into our shared American history. Now, 75 years later, a surviving veteran is re-enacting one of the most important moments of his life: a daredevil jump from a plane into Normandy.
