Sleep apps could be keeping you up at night

In years past, a sleepless night might mean watching the minutes tick away on your clock radio. These days, you’re more likely to stare at your smartwatch or a sleep tracker app on your phone when you can’t drift off. Interestingly, a noted neurologist says sleep apps are actually making it harder to get a good night’s rest.
