1. Cleaning you microwave

Easily one of the most frustrating things to clean is the microwave. If it’s not done often enough, there is a real possibility of contamination. And with all the nooks and crannies, getting deep down into it can become laborious.

A professional cleaner shared her non-toxic method on TikTok for getting your microwave like new again. With a cloth, cup of water, and disinfectant, it took her about 5 minutes to get the job done.

2. Cleaning a glass stove top

Done regularly and with the right tools, a glass stovetop can remain in pristine condition. And since the surface is used to prepare food, it mustn’t contain microscopic traces of bacteria.

TikTok user Vanesa Amaro shared her technique for a super clean stovetop wipe-down. In the video, she uses Easy-Off Oven Cleaner, paper towels and Dawn Power Wash. While it does take about 3 hours of waiting, the results will be worth it.

3. How to clean an oven

Along with the microwave, getting down and dirty to clean the inside of an oven is a task almost everybody dreads. There are so many small ridges and textures that need to be super clean to avoid bacteria from growing.

Using dish soap, vinegar and baking soda, TikTok user Stephanie Melendez shared how she cleans the inside of her oven. As with the stovetop hack, this one will take some time to complete, but your oven will look factory new.

4. Cleaning tile grout

Few people will notice, but over time the grout in between tiles will become dirty. It is such a slow process that it almost seems like a natural occurrence. However, grout isn’t brown but a rather vibrant white. Giving it a good clean will breathe new life into the room, as TikTok user Cynthia Sierra demonstrates.

By pouring a small amount of toilet bowl cleaner on the grout and lightly scrubbing, it lifts all the dirt out of the cracks. We are pretty sure that the Spider-Man toothbrush isn’t required, but you never know.

5. Deep clean your workout clothes

This hack is for anybody who wants to give their workout clothes a thorough deep clean. Lauren Elms shared her method on TikTok by soaking her clothes for over 7 hours in borax, Arm & Hammer and Tide washing powder.

She then put her clothes in the washing machine like normal. You would be amazed to see the amount of dirt the process removed.
