I changed the way I deal with passwords, and you should too

I've got dozens and dozens of websites I've subscribed to. After all, I'm always on the lookout for the latest news, gadgets, apps and websites for you.

That means I have dozens and dozens of passwords I have to keep track of. But until recently, I didn't worry about all of them, because here at Komando headquarters, I had an IT staff member keep them all for me. He had 158 passwords on a sheet of paper!

Not the best system, but at least I didn't have to deal with it. But then, he left for a new job opportunity!

So I finally did what I should have done a long time ago - I got a password manager.

The #1 most preferred password manager

Now, I'm using my sponsor LastPass. LastPass knows how to take care of your passwords, and will help you make them more secure. All you need to remember is one master password, and all your others will be ready to use.

We all have too many passwords, and with 81 percent of data breaches caused by weak or reused passwords, they need to be your top security priority. LastPass is a simple and secure password manager that remembers all of my login credentials and secure information for me, at home and at work.

LastPass helps everyone, from individuals to families to businesses of all sizes, with securing their passwords and making it easy to keep track of all those online accounts. Not only can it keep your credentials secure, but LastPass also allows you to safely share passwords, like streaming TV, with family or coworkers.

LastPass will keep all the passwords you've created - they've even alerted me when I've reused passwords between accounts, which is a no-no. If I can't think of a new password, LastPass will generate one for me - and the best thing is I don't have to remember it. I just click LastPass and it will open up the website and automatically apply the right password.

By using strong, unique passwords for every online account, a password manager helps you protect yourself online while also making it easier for you to get things done online.

Nearly 60 records are stolen each second, and almost 5 million are stolen each day. Clearly, establishing digital security should be at the top of your to-do list. Whether it's you, your family, or your business, LastPass offers the most preferred password manager to ensure your data is secure.

LastPass allows you to easily protect and organize your extensive list of login credentials with one master password. If you are looking to bump up your security with two-factor authentication, safely store private files, or securely share passwords with family members and co-workers, LastPass can help you.

LastPass is also offering my readers a 30-day free trial. Do yourself a favor, like I did, and don't leave all your passwords unprotected on a sheet of paper. Use LastPass, the #1 most preferred password manager.
