Costco Black Friday ad leaks $250 iPad, $200 laptops

We haven’t even officially crossed over into November yet, and the Black Friday deals have already begun rolling in. Costco is among one of the first retailers to see its Black Friday ad leak to the waiting deal-loving hordes on the internet, and its first set of sales include some very tempting savings on laptops and a fantastic price on an iPad.

Costco Black Friday deals to watch out for

Costco is putting a pair of laptops on sale for an astounding $199.99, including a Dell Inspiron 11 3000 2-in-1 with an AMD A6 processor, 4Gb of RAM, and 32GB of storage and a 14-inch HP Chromebook with an Intel Celeron processor and 1080p HD display. Both are deals listed as “online only,” kicking off early ahead of the official start of the Thanksgiving shopping season. The iPad 9.7″ 32GB model that buyers can snap up online will only set you back $249.99, which is $70 off its usual price.

There’s a wide variety of electronics on sale throughout the Black Friday weekend, just in case you happen to miss the early bird sales listed in the ad, which can be viewed in its entirety on For instance, you can pick up a Dell XPS 13 with a 4K touchscreen display, 1 TB solid-state drive, 16GB of RAM, and a Core i7 CPU for $500 off its normal retail price, going for $1,499.99.

You could opt for a cheaper Dell Inspiron 15 7000 with a 15-inch touchscreen, Core i5 processor, 256GB solid-state drive, and 8GB of Ram instead for $599.99 instead for $150 its original price too, just to name a few of the deals floating around. Typical deals range from $100 to $500 off Chromebooks, laptops, and a smattering of other consumer electronics, if you’re in the market for such a thing.

Traditionally, Costco has opted to keep its physical locations closed on Thanksgiving so its employees can focus on spending time with their families, but the retail giant more than makes up for its lost sales on the holiday with a selection of hefty online discounts.

The stores will of course be open on Black Friday, but you can get your shopping plans underway early by heading online, bookmarking the products you’ll want to snag the meaty discounts off of when Thanksgiving rolls around, and refresh like crazy when it’s time to enter those credit card numbers in.
