REFERRAL PROGRAM (AVAILABLE ONLY TO CERTAIN USERS AND JURISDICTIONS)
1 We may offer one or more refer-a-friend programs (the “Programs”) in which users have the opportunity to earn rewards, which may include Komando merchandise, by taking certain actions, including sharing our Services with third parties who may be interested in accessing the Services.
2 Unless otherwise specified in the Services, the right to receive rewards earned through the Programs may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash and are non-transferable.
3 The Programs shall be available only in the US markets and in states or localities where the Program is lawful. Eligibility is limited to individuals only. The Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined in our sole discretion. A referred user and you cannot be the same person and you must have a different email address and different billing and shipping information from any referred user.
4 In participating in the Programs, you must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner (i.e., only to individuals with whom you have a family or personal relationship and with whom you normally exchange emails) and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam” under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from the Programs.
5 We reserve the right to suspend or close the account(s) of you and/or any referred user if you and/or the referred user attempts to use the Programs in a questionable manner (e.g. for a purpose other than their intended purposes) or is otherwise reasonably suspected to be in breach or is in breach of any of these Terms of Service our Privacy Policy or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
6. We reserve the right to remove any participant and their referrals without prior notice if fraudulent behavior is detected. Rewards will be given only after validating the referrals of the participant.
