Actor digs into being human in 'Armchair Expert'

Many podcasts out there are about how awful people are. More than a few most popular podcasts center on crime or conspiracy or other ways people are the worst.

This podcast celebrates how people become better people, through all their challenges and setbacks.

"Armchair Expert" with actor Dax Shepard, invites in celebrities to find out about their lives and their foibles. Shepard says, "I find people who are vulnerable and honest about their struggles and shortcomings to be incredibly sexy. I invite you to join me as I explore other people’s stories."

Guests on the show have included actor David Harbour talking, among other things, about his bipolar disorder. Mila Kunis talks about her immigration to America at age 7 and her various acting roles. Actor Nick Kroll talks about his family's wealth and how that forms his relationship with money.

Many more celebrities show up on "Armchair Expert," showing how human they really are.

"Armchair Expert" is new every Monday and can be subscribed to at Apple Podcasts.
