Often times the first place any of us turn to is Amazon, which was especially true earlier in the week as the company celebrated Prime Day 2018. Even though there were some hiccups to start the festivities, all-in-all it was a pretty good success.
But at the same time as Prime Day was going on, we here at Komando.com also launched something new. Well, maybe not exactly new, but certainly updated and improved.

You may have already noticed it, but when tapping or clicking to see the shop when it opens, it looks different. The new look has improved navigation, with tabs that are both easy to find and read.
Looking for new arrivals? There’s a tab for that. Also for your tech essentials, gadgets, car tech, safety and security, computer and tablet accessories. Oh, and there is easy access to the Komando Collection as well as sale items, which includes whatever is on clearance.
That’s all on the left-hand side. On the right, you will see boxes featuring the newest arrivals as well as Kim’s Picks.
Know exactly what you are looking for? Type into the search box on the top right and quickly find it.
On a desktop computer you will also notice a chat box in the lower left corner. Just click on it, type in your message and get a helpful response.
Once you find what you are looking for and go to check out, you’ll discover that PayPal is now an accepted payment method. There will also be cheaper shipping rates via USPS, and your order can also be shipped to P.O. boxes as well as APO, DPO and FPOs.

What do you have to do?
Besides going to Komando.com or accessing the shop via the app on your mobile device, you will need to log in and reset your shop password. Also note that your order history prior to the change will not be visible, though we still have all your orders on file and can look up anything at any time.
