Travel used to be about seeing the world. Still, some risk dismemberment for a picture their friends barely like. 

Just check out this American tourist frozen in fear as a giant tiger climbs onto his shoulders for a paid photo experience in Thailand. Staff repeatedly step in with bottles of milk whenever the tiger shifts position.

Things get darker: Many tiger attractions separate cubs early, overbreed them for photo ops and keep them cycling through the content machine. 

The scariest predator here is engagement farming.
