There’s a questionnaire for Chronic Dry Eye Disease too.Tap “Find a Doctor” to find optometrists in your area. A map of locations will appear and you can tap a pinpoint to see the address, phone number, and hours of operation for a particular doctor. You can also message the office through the app, send an email, or set up an appointment. You can read their Yelp reviews too!There are several other helpful features to the app. You can set a reminder so that you don’t forget to order contact lenses or attend an appointment. You can research different conditions through the “EyeWiki” button. The “Offers” button features eye services and products at a discount.The app does require you to create an account. It’s used to protect your privacy so that the app complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996.
