Making matters worse, she couldn't find her iPhone. During the crash, it flew out of its resting spot and she didn't know where it landed.

Luckily, Antonio was wearing an Apple Watch and was quick-thinking enough to use it to find her iPhone. You see, the Apple Watch has a search feature that helps you locate your other Apple gadgets when they go missing.

By tapping the Find iPhone button on her smartwatch, Antonio was able to locate the device and call 911. Emergency services was able to dispatch police in time to get her out of the car before it completely filled with water. Later, she told a local news station that it really was a miracle and she met many angels that night, including the 911 dispatcher.
