Want to master the Instant Pot? These Facebook groups can help

If you enjoy cooking at home and are always looking for convenient and fun new ways to prepare your food you may have heard of the Instant Pot. This little slow cooker holds the Amazon Prime Day record for most items sold in a single day, 215,000.

If you were one of those lucky individuals to receive one of these as a gift, or if you just picked one up yourself (good thinking) you are, no doubt, looking for new recipes to take advantage of the Instant Pot's awesome capabilities.

Luckily, there are huge community groups around the internet and on Facebook that are more than happy to share their favorite pot recipes with you.

Pro Tip: Use the Saute function to preheat your pot during your prepping. This will quicken the overall cooking process.

Instant Pot Facebook Groups

Instant Pot Beginner Recipes and Tips:  This is a great start if you are looking to get into the social phenomenon of online hype that the Instant Pot has spurred. This group focuses on beginner tips and recipes. It has over 13,000 members and usually produces 239 new posts per day.

Instant Pot Vegan Recipes: This is a huge group, the largest one on our list. It is perfect for that annoying vegan friend that you probably struggle to find the proper meals for...or you, if that's your thing. Nothing wrong with that. The group has over 67,000 members and posts nearly 780 times per day!

Instant Pot Vietnamese Recipes: If you are looking for some more exotic recipes, this group is for you. With a staggering 43,000 members and 380 daily posts, you will be making delicious Bò Kho in no time.

Instant Pot Indian Food: Like the above, this Asian recipe themed group is surprisingly massive. It has over 55,000 members and posts 200 times per day. Learn how to make some delicious spicy curry here.

Dump and Push Start: This is a group dedicated to quick and convenient recipes that can be thrown together in minutes. Just my style. Here members share their favorite simple and quick Instant Pot recipes. This group is much more manageable in size with 28,000 members and 194 posts per day.

If you do decide to join any of these groups, I highly recommend "unfollowing" the group from your timeline. They post extremely often and will completely take over your timeline if you do not do this.

To unfollow a group click on the three dots on the top right corner of a post and click "unfollow." You can still visit the group anytime and read, but it will not allow the group to post on your page.
