Wrong-way driver captured on dash cam

Utah Highway Patrol said the driver of the wrong-way vehicle fled the scene after the crash. They found marijuana and drug paraphernalia inside the abandoned truck.
The driver who was slammed into said he was recently involved in another fender bender. He said all of the drivers involved in the previous incident disagreed about the details of the wreck. He vowed not to let that happen again, which is why he installed the dash cam.
