The iPhone 8's rumored features that will set it apart from its predecessors include a new camera, a different home button and a sleeker shape. We've seen renderings of these rumors but now there might be actual photos.
Benjamin Geskin, who describes himself as a source and leaker, recently posted pictures of an iPhone 8 dummy model to his Twitter account. Geskin claims to have a source at Foxconn, which is a manufacturer of iPhones.
(If you're reading this on the Komando.com app, then click here to see the photos.)
These photos confirm several of the rumors, such as the glass screen that goes from edge to edge and the lack of a home button. The most notable difference in these photos is the vertical dual cameras.
There's no way to know how legitimate these photos are since Apple won't confirm anything. But Geskin seems quite confident in his source. He tweeted "I really hope that after iPhone 8 release, people will remember who leaked it earlier. And will trust my information more."
Geskin has also tweeted his own renderings and even schematics of the phone's structure. I guess we'll just have to wait and see if he's correct.
