Summer is almost here and things are about to heat up. Netflix has a great batch of new content coming in May but another streaming giant is turning the dial up as well.
Amazon Prime Video is bringing a pair of award-winning and critically-praised movies this May. The streaming service is also adding a collection of other great content including classic James Bond movies and Naked Gun movies.

"Manchester by the Sea" (2016)
"Manchester by the Sea" is the critically acclaimed 2016 Amazon Original movie that was nominated for six Oscars and won two: Best Original Screenplay and Best Actor for Casey Affleck.
The film revolves around a man who is unexpectedly tasked with his nephew's care after his brother dies. With the use of flashbacks, it explores themes of extreme trauma and grief by highlighting the protagonist's tragic past.
It also stars Kyle Chandler and Ben O'Brien and is directed by Kenneth Lonergan.
"Manchester by the Sea" will be available on May 5.
This year's Academy Award winner for Best Picture is likewise gracing Amazon Prime Video in May.
Moonlight chronicles the story of an African-American gay man as he grows up in the rough streets of Miami, Florida. This coming-of-age tale is told through the three stages of the protagonist's life - childhood, adolescence and young adulthood, as he struggles with his identity.
The film features an Academy Best Supporting Actor award-winning performance from Mahershala Ali and also stars Trevante Rhodes, Shariff Earp and Andre Holland. The film is directed by Barry Jenkins.
Moonlight starts its Amazon journey on May 21.
