Alexa can answer questions, play music, lock your doors, start your car, and a myriad of other things. GeekWire reported that Amazon's vice president of Echo, Alexa, and the Appstore said the digital assistant has over 7,000 skills! Here's our list of some useful Alexa commands.

Well, now you can add "Alexa, order my Starbucks," to that long list. Starbucks has partnered with Amazon to make it easier for customers to order drinks from home.

The Starbucks app (available for Apple and Android devices) already has the Mobile Order & Pay feature, which allows customers to order and pay for items through the app and then skip the line to pick it up at the counter.

With the new Alexa feature, customers can create a "usual" order. When you say "Alexa, order my Starbucks," the digital assistant will place your usual order at one of the most recent Starbucks locations you've visited.

If you don't own an Alexa-enabled device, another new feature in the app lets you verbally order through your phone. With My Starbucks Barista, customers can speak their order into their smartphone's microphone and the order will show up on the screen. The feature is rolling out slowly; it's only available for 1,000 customers who have Apple devices. An Android version is expected in the near future.
