GoPro videos have made our lives seem more exciting. Even if you're not a risk-taker, you can watch the stunts of those who are from the comfort of your living room.
Skydivers, surfers, snowboarders, explorers - it seems like everyone has a GoPro camera attached to their hip or helmet. But cameras aren't the only product GoPro makes. Drones are also used by many to capture aerial footage.
If you've recently purchased a drone from GoPro, however, you're probably going to be disappointed.
The Karma, a $799-drone that was just released by the company, has actually been recalled. The drones have a defect that is causing them to lose power and crash after they've been launched. This could result in injuries since it makes them unpredictable.
This recall is a major hurdle for GoPro. The company has been trying to step up its game and take on DJI, which is top dog in the drone industry.
If you happened to purchase one of these drones, stop using it immediately. You can return the drone through GoPro retailers. Click here for more information about getting your refund.
