I'm sure you've heard of Fitbits before. You know, those fitness tracking wristbands you've probably seen on your friends' and family's wrists. Not only are they great for tracking your health and wellness, the bands could also save your life.
But now, the Fitbit is going to be even greater. Two new models - the Fitbit Charge 2 and the Fitbit Flex 2 - have new features that do more than just count your steps.
The Fitbit Charge 2
On sale in September, the Fitbit Charge 2 will feature continuous heart-rate tracking, guided breathing exercise sessions called Relax, and have a display screen that's four times bigger than its predecessor. On top of that, it has "connected GPS" which, when paired with your phone, will ensure more accurate distance tracking.
There's also a new feature called Cardio Fitness and it estimates your cardio score based on your age, weight, heart rate and running speed.
You can preorder the Charge 2 here for $149.95.
The Fitbit Flex 2
Meanwhile, the Fitbit Flex 2, on sale in October, will be waterproof with swim tracking, have automatic exercise tracking, and if you're sitting still for too long, it will buzz to remind you to get up and move around.
The Flex 2 has interchangeable accessories, auto sleep tracking and will light up when you receive calls and text messages to your connected phone, so you don't miss anything important.
You can preorder the Flex 2 here for $99.95.
