How to get paid by Amazon

How to get paid by Amazon

Money can't buy you happiness, but it certainly can buy you today's hottest products, gadgets and accessories. That's why it's always nice to have some extra cash on hand. And earning that cash doesn't have to be complicated.

A few weeks ago we shared a great big list of ways to make money, which included several ideas on how to earn money from home. But there's another way to make money, and this time it's from Amazon.

It's called Amazon Flex. You might remember hearing about Flex late last year when the company announced it was coming. But now, Amazon Flex is taking things to a whole new level by offering 30-minute delivery times.

How can you use that to earn money? Well, to meet the consumer demand for this service, Amazon needs drivers to deliver its packages. According to reports, these drivers can earn around $25 per hour just by delivering orders to customers. And right now, Amazon is making a huge push to sign drivers up. The only requirements are a clean driving record, an Android phone and availability in your schedule.

Amazon Flex is now available in several cities across the nation, including: Arlington (VA), Atlanta, Austin, Baltimore, Cincinnati, Columbus, Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Indianapolis, Las Vegas, Miami, Milwaukee, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Nashville, New York, Orlando, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Pittsburgh, Portland, Raleigh, Richmond, Rockville (MD), San Antonio, Seattle, Springfield (VA), Tampa Bay, and Virginia Beach.

Driving for Flex is very similar to driving for services like Lyft. The only difference is with Amazon Flex, you do need to specify what times you'll be available to drive, and confirm the shift you'll be taking.

Still, the gig offers a great deal of flexibility if you're looking for part-time or full-time work to make ends meet, or save up for a dream item.
