Apple forcing you to pay more for your iPhone

Apple forcing you to pay more for your iPhone

How many times have you had a problem with storage space on your iPhone? You go to take a photo or download a song on your iPhone only to be stopped by a message saying you can't because you don't have any storage left. It's a common problem, which is why we've shown you these tips to help save space.

With the upcoming iPhone 7 however, we'll see less storage errors and a higher price tag. That's because an IHS Technology analyst claims on Chinese social media that the iPhone 7 will not have a 16 GB model, but rather offer a 32 GB storage iPhone for $199 as a "base model."

The same source claims that the new iPhone will have 2 GB of RAM, while the iPhone 7 Plus will have 3GB of RAM.

Now keep in mind that these are still just rumors and Apple, as always, doesn't comment on any of its upcoming products. The company likes to keep those types of things under wraps. But it is noteworthy that the source who leaked the material, Kevin Wang,  has made correct predictions about Apple products in the past.

In the meantime, all we can do is take educated guesses and speculate about how great - or how big of a flop - the iPhone 7 will be. Click here to see all the latest rumors surrounding the iPhone 7.
