Microsoft really wants users to switch to Windows 10, that doesn't mean everyone is 100 percent happy with the new upgrade. There are some annoying features, like the promoted apps on the start menu, lock screen ads and nine other problem areas we've told you about.
So far, the reviews have been mixed. Some of the new features that Microsoft has announced as part of its summer anniversary celebration sound amazing. But what about those features that aren't so great? Is there anything you can do about it?
Luckily, Microsoft has created a way for you to send them feedback about Windows 10.
It's a special Windows app called Feedback Hub, and it's a free download.
Feedback Hub works by allowing you to submit feedback, then allowing other customers to upvote or comment on the feedback provided. So go ahead, tell Microsoft what you really think about Windows 10. While you're there, you might find the support areas helpful, too.
Be sure your comments are very specific. Just saying, "It stinks!" doesn't assist anyone. Give details. This is your chance to make a change in Windows 10 for the better.
Below is a screen shot what it looks like.
