If you take more than one pill a day, keeping track of which pill you take when can be tough, even with a fancy pill organization holder. But don't worry, there's a new, very cute device that can help you, or a family member, keep everything straight and organized.
It's called the PillDrill and it works kind of like an alarm clock paired with a scanner. Curious how it works?
ThePillDrill Hub will alert you when you have pills to take and let you know when you when your next doses are due. Then, when you take the pill, simply track your intake by scanning the pill bottle (or provided container) over the hub to mark it as taken.
Next, you'll want to scan the Mood Cube, which will indicate how you are feeling - great, good, ok, bad, or awful.
To make things even easier, when pills are scanned and tracked, PillDrill can send notifications to loved ones or caretakers, just to make sure everyone is on track. If the person hasn't taken their medication, the app can start doing the nagging too.
Currently, the PillDril is $199 and you can order it on the PillDrill website. It comes with the PillDrill Hub, 12 scanning tags for pill bottles, two weekly pill strips, the Mood Cube, and is even shipped for free!
