For years now, we've stuck to speculating what the newest iPhone will look like, how amazing the next iPad will be, or what the newest, game-changing gadget will be.
Today, it's the Apple Car. But before we go any further, Apple has not commented on or confirmed any of these suspicions, but Motor Trend is releasing a cover story on what they think the Apple Car will be like.
For the story, Motor Trend consulted with former General Motors execs Larry Burns and Chris Borroni-Bird; Tim Huntzinger, an ArtCenter professor of graduate transportation systems; CNET Roadshow head Tim Stevens; and AppleInsider's Mikey Campbell.
One theory suggests that Siri will be an integral part of the Apple Car, tapping into the user's Health app to recommend what to eat for lunch, then directing the user to the restaurant using the augmented reality windshield.
Other theories suggest that since technology moves at such a rapid pace, we will have to change the way we think about buying cars. Constant updates might be a thing, so we will likely see more leases than outright purchases.
