When you think about smartphones, there are two types that probably come to mind: iPhones and the Samsung Galaxy. But now, a new phone from HTC has emerged on scene and could give both phones a run for their money.
HTC has just released the HTC 10, and based on what we've seen so far, there are three really big features that will make you consider buying it.
Just yesterday, the company hinted about this new smartphone, but now it has offered more specs that are exciting consumers across the country.
1. Evolutionary design
HTC isn't claiming to be changing the rules with a ground-breaking twist, and that's actually a good thing. The company describes the design of the new HTC 10 as "evolutionary" instead. In the past, HTC products have been criticized for things like poor camera performance and an outdated look, but the HTC 10 is intended to fix those issues.
The new phone has a 12-megapixel rear camera with a built-in sensor to stabilize the f/1.8 lens. The lens is designed to perform better in low light environments, and uses a dual-LED flash. Plus, this new camera can record 4K video.
Up front, the HTC 10 has a 5-megapixel camera with a wide angle lens, which is not typically found on front-facing cameras. So, with this new feature you'll be able to take perfect selfies.
