When Apple rolls out its iPhone 7 later this year, likely in September, it's going to look different than the current iPhone 6s. That goes without saying. But what will it look like?
Based on rumors that are growing louder by the day, including from sources who might know, like Macworld, it'll be thinner. In fact, it's likely Apple will ditch its 3.5mm earbud jack.
There's been talk of it doing away with its USB charging port, too, but that may be a ways off. It's expected that Apple will use Bluetooth technology to connect to earbuds and headphones, like its Beats By Dre.
One imagined concept incorporates the lack of a 3.5mm jack into its cool design. Herman Haidin's 3mm iPhone concept is made of glass and Liquidmetal. Apple has a patent for Liquidmetal, which is a waterproof alloy that's stronger than aluminum.
Plus, it has screens on both sides (another rumored innovation on iPhone 7). What do you think of Haidin's iPhone 7? Cool or not cool? Let us know in comments.
