If you think the 100 million people who watch the Super Bowl every February is a big audience, it turns out that it's actually kind of puny. There's a much bigger audience talking trash about sports teams and commenting on plays in real time.
It's on Facebook, which has 650 million sports fans, according to the social media site. So, just in time for the AFC and NFC Championship games, and Super Bowl 50 on February 7, Facebook has created a dedicated page just for sports fans.
It's called Facebook Sports Stadium. In real time, you can read your friends' comments about sports teams, and watch plays.
The idea is that you can experience the game with family and friends, even when they're scattered all over the world. But Facebook Sports Stadium (see video next page) isn't just about commiserating.
