You have to see this epic bald eagle selfie
MICHAEL FLETCHER

There are some great selfies, and then there are some truly incredible selfies. But, before think back to your best selfie, odds are it's not as good as a selfie by two Canadian brothers.

Michael and Neil Fletcher were hunting when they spotted a bald eagle. It wasn't flying overhead, but was stuck on the ground in a trap.

The brothers, who were out hunting, decided to free the eagle. That wasn't quite as easy as it sounds. They posted their attempts, and ultimate rescue, on Facebook videos. The large, strong bird fought to free itself as the brothers tried to help it. They calmed it down by covering its eyes with a jacket.

One of their videos has been shared on Facebook 750,000 times so far. (See the YouTube version below.) Not only that, but the brothers also took a really incredible selfie of themselves with the soon-to-be-freed eagle (above).
