When it comes to cellphone plans, a lot of providers have been working overtime to offer their customers and potential new ones a lot of reasons to switch from their current carrier to them. That had a lot to do with Apple rolling out its Apple iPhone 6s and 6s Plus last month.
Cellphone providers like Sprint and Verizon offered discounted prices on phones. Plus, Apple itself now has a lease-style plan of its own, where iPhone users for $32 a month can essentially lease the phone from carriers like AT&T, then replace it next year for a brand new iPhone.
You might remember that T-Mobile aggressively rolled out its own iPhone plan, for $5 a month. It was part of the cellphone company's plan attract new customers. T-Mobile's efforts aren't stopping there.
In fact, for a limited time, T-Mobile is rolling out two aggressively priced service plans for families. Its Family plan is now offering loads of data for each user: 10GB per phone, for a total of 40GB overall, for just $120 a month. T-Mobile isn't saying how long its discounted rates will last, except to say, "Not long."
