The idea of robots being our main mode of communication seems like something out a science-fiction film, but this may be a reality that's closer than we think.
Tomotaka Takahashi, the engineer who sent a talking robot into the vast darkness of space for the first time, finally carried out his mission to make smartphones the next robotics frontier.
RoBoHoN is the adorable little robot that talks, walks, gets up, dances and even recognizes human faces.
Besides the robot-like behavior, RoBoHoN can make phone calls, text, take pictures, connect to Wi-Fi and can display videos through a small projector. You can take RoBoHoN out anywhere to have a fun impromptu movie night.
This little guy is only 7.5 inches tall and weighs less than a pound. You can tuck him in your pocket, throw him in your purse or wear him as a necklace. The RoBoHoN should be available to order in the next few months, but the price and expected shipping date are still up in the air.
Take a peek at the pictures below to see how RoBoHoN looks and tell us what you think about this smartphone robot by leaving a note in the comments section below.
